Collaboration Overview
About Students
Students participating in TITANIAM are elite senior marketing students at California State University, Fullerton, enrolled in the Marketing Capstone course, a graduation requirement within the Department of Marketing.

Across the TITANIAM program, approximately 500 senior marketing students participate in consultative projects. Each client engagement typically includes approximately 30 students working on one client challenge, organized into teams of 5–6 students. This structure gives industry partners the benefit of multiple student teams analyzing the same business problem from different angles.

Students bring training in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, market research, multicultural marketing, brand positioning, digital marketing, customer analysis, and professional communication. As graduating seniors, they are preparing to enter the workforce and are motivated to produce high-quality work that demonstrates their readiness for marketing, insights, strategy, and business roles.

CSU Fullerton’s highly diverse student body also gives partners access to emerging talent with lived experience, cultural fluency, and strong connections to Southern California’s multicultural marketplace.

 • Gain exposure to real companies, agencies, nonprofits, and industry professionals
 • Practice using marketplace data, consumer insight, and cultural intelligence to inform strategy
 • Understand how marketing decisions connect to growth, positioning, brand equity, and customer engagement
 • Produce resume-ready experience that supports internship, job, and career development outcomes
